1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern use of Affiliate Unicorn, operated by Top Turtle Ventures Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), including the website, membership offers and online community hosted on Skool. By using the service or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
2. Membership and access
Affiliate Unicorn provides educational resources and a community covering affiliate marketing, email marketing, digital products, audience building, funnels and related online business topics. Included resources, features, sessions and access duration depend on the plan displayed and confirmed at purchase. Access may be provided through Skool or other platforms identified for the offer. You are responsible for internet access, compatible devices and any third-party accounts required.
3. Account and community conduct
Provide accurate information and protect your login details. Do not share paid account access, redistribute private member content, post spam or malware, harass members, infringe rights, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully. Do not post passwords, payment credentials or other people’s private information without permission. We may moderate content or suspend access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, fraud or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.
4. Pricing and payment
Plan price, duration, taxes if applicable, payment method and promotional terms will be shown or confirmed before payment. Check the final checkout or written confirmation for the applicable offer. Membership access begins after successful payment confirmation and provision of access instructions. Payments may be processed by third-party providers whose terms may also apply.
5. Renewals, cancellation and refunds
Before paying, review whether the plan is a one-time purchase or recurring subscription and the renewal and cancellation terms shown at checkout or in the written offer. Refund eligibility and deadlines are those expressly stated in the applicable offer or checkout and required by law. If the offer does not clearly explain the refund terms, contact us before purchasing to request clarification. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
For billing or cancellation questions, email shivam@affiliateunicorn.com and include your purchase email and transaction reference. Never send full card details.
6. Educational content; no guaranteed results
Training, examples, templates and community discussions are for general educational purposes. We do not guarantee income, commissions, leads, sales, conversion rates or any particular business outcome. Results depend on experience, effort, budget, offer, audience, market conditions, platform policies and implementation. You are responsible for your decisions and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, our branding, website, original materials, videos, written content and downloads are owned by or licensed to Top Turtle Ventures Private Limited. We grant members a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use materials included with their membership for their own learning. Do not resell, republish or commercially redistribute them without written permission. Only post content you have the right to share.
8. Third-party services
The service may link to or rely on Skool, payment providers, affiliate networks, software vendors and other third-party services. They are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control or guarantee third-party services, prices, availability or results.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful activity or other legitimate operational reasons. Effects on paid access and refunds will be handled according to the applicable offer and law.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and community are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that every resource will meet every user’s needs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy and updates
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms as services or legal requirements change and will post the revised version here. Any material changes will be handled as required by applicable law.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are subject to the laws of India, without limiting mandatory protections that may apply under the laws of your place of residence. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
